Flexion project consulting offers flexible staffing solutions to organizations that experience frequent fluctuation in the need for technical resources. As projects begin to ramp up, Flexion is there to supplement the necessary technical resources to complete the job.
Our "Contract-to-Hire" option is very similar to "contract only" with the exception that it is normally the intention of the company to hire the Flexion consultant at some point in the future. Contract-to-Hire gives the company the ability to monitor the work performance of a consultant prior to making a formal offer of employment.
Our "Direct Hire" option is best for companies that need technical resources internally but may lack the recruiting expertise or resources to attract top performing candidates. Direct Hire allows companies to quickly find the best available candidates and hire them as internal employees.
