Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
With 25 years of experience, Sarah is dedicated to building strong teams and a culture where versatile, intelligent people thrive. She believes stronger teams mean better outcomes for Flexion clients, especially when lives are improved and resources are used wisely. Sarah leads an active life with her two kids and loves spending time outdoors. She enjoys hiking, going to live music events, and is an aspiring golfer.
Doug
President
With more than 30 years in the software industry, Doug still loves engineering complex systems using agile and lean practices. He believes that working with open-minded people creates resilient systems that delight customers. Growing up, his astronaut neighbors inspired a lifelong interest in aerospace. In his spare time, he works on cars with his son.
Dennis
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Dennis has over 40 years of experience, including several years in Public accounting and 25 years at Flexion. He oversees Flexion’s financial strategy and operations, supporting growth and long-term sustainability. Outside of Flexion, Dennis spends his time on his family farm with a variety of goats, sheep, and a mini horse.
Brice
Vice President / Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Brice is passionate about delivering the best software solutions by drawing on the full strength of Flexion’s teams. He champions test-driven development and collaborative coding, which he believes produce software that is easier to maintain and more effective. Outside of work, he supports his growing family, reads, and explores his renewed interest in drones.
Rick
Vice President / Chief Growth Officer (CGO)
Rick has spent more than 25 years leading teams to deliver innovative business and technology solutions. He combines agile principles with practical business insight to help organizations modernize systems, improve operations, and create real value for customers. Rick takes pride in mentoring others and helping them find purpose and energy in their work. Outside of Flexion, he enjoys camping, cooking, gardening, hiking, and biking with his family, and generally spending time outdoors.
Arshia
Vice President / Human Resources
With more than 15 years of experience across all areas of human resources, Arshia believes organizations thrive when people feel valued and supported. She leads with empathy and strategic insight, helping Flexion grow while fostering a people-first culture. Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, trying new recipes, and traveling with her family.

Vice President / Talent Acquisition
Chris is passionate about discovering and supporting exceptional talent. He takes pride in helping employees thrive within Flexion’s collaborative culture and in seeing teams succeed together. A long-time leader at Flexion, Chris also enjoys spending his free time hunting, fishing, cooking, traveling, and cheering on his kids in sports and dance.
