Flexion secures $37.6M GSA AROS DevSecOps support task

Madison, WI, March 10, 2026—Flexion Inc., a long-standing partner to the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), has been awarded a $37.6 million order to provide DevSecOps (Development, Security, and Operations) support under the Awards, Regulatory, and Oversight Systems (AROS) program. This order has a 12-month base period with two 12-month options. The effort will help sustain, enhance, and modernize the AROS portfolio, including critical platforms such as SAM.gov and the Federal Service Desk. The effort focuses on improving system performance, usability, and data insights while modernizing legacy systems and strengthening secure, cloud-based services that support federal assistance, procurement, and regulatory operations.
Flexion works with government agencies to modernize legacy systems, reduce operational inefficiencies, and help teams deliver technology that better serves the people who rely on it. Flexion will be supported by Systone Iterations, Flexion’s teaming partner, a growth-oriented small business specializing in agile delivery, advanced DevSecOps practices, and data-driven modernization for high-impact federal programs. Through this task, Flexion and Systone will help ensure these mission-critical platforms remain reliable, secure, and responsive to the evolving needs of government and industry users.
According to Sarah Ruggless, CEO at Flexion, “This award reflects our deep commitment to helping federal agencies modernize mission-critical systems with secure, scalable technology. We’re excited to partner with GSA to strengthen platforms that support transparency, accountability, and efficiency across government.”
