Her questions are often things that no one has even considered yet, but the questions turn out to be critical to the project. Jona’s skepticism isn’t for the sake of poking holes in something. Her skepticism is productive and helps to build better solutions and stronger teams.”

How are awardees picked?
Each recipient is nominated by a peer and selected by a set of award panelists.
What does the panel look for?
Panelists select someone who goes above and beyond, inspires those around them, and makes an exceptional impact by living the fundamentals every day.
How are the recipients recognized?
The recipients are announced at Flexion’s annual session, called Flextravaganza, to celebrate and share year-long achievements.
