Jill brings more than 25 years of experience in education technology to every discussion, having led literacy, ESL, SEL, CCR, and SPED programs from concept through launch. Her deep understanding of the science of literacy and student engagement shapes how she designs learning experiences, using motivation, engagement, and behavior-change strategies to accelerate learning.
Theron Davis
Senior Product Manager
Theron has spent over 25 years in new product development: creating and implementing products in early-stage EdTech start-ups, mid-sized companies, and large international organizations. Those efforts included navigating product line expansions, turnarounds, and acquisitions. As an integrations and data analysis specialist, his work has focused chiefly on building the platforms that manage data, delivering timely information to non-technical decision-makers, and helping educators translate that information into improvement practices.
Jennilee Bertrand
Senior Program/Delivery Manager
Jennilee leads program and delivery management for Flexion’s digital transformation work, with a career built on driving complex government and public sector initiatives forward.
